How do you know when I have landed?
We track the flight number you give us. The pickup is planned from the actual landing time, not the scheduled one.
How long will the driver wait?
Your driver works from the landing time and the time it takes to reach baggage claim and collect bags, so there is no rush. If something unusual happens — a lost bag, a long customs line — call or text your driver.
Curbside or meet & greet?
Curbside is simplest if you know SEA and travel light. Meet & greet (roughly +$18–25) is worth it for first visits, families, late arrivals and anyone who would rather be met inside. Compare.
Do you pick up international arrivals?
Yes. International flights clear customs before reaching the arrivals hall; we allow for that when planning the pickup.
